By installing and using Sheet Health Check ("the Add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Sheet Health Check is a Google Workspace Add-on that scans Google Sheets for formula errors, inconsistent formulas, hardcoded values in formula columns, empty formula results, and performance issues.
You agree to use the Add-on in compliance with all applicable laws and Google's Terms of Service. The Add-on is intended for use with Google Sheets within Google Workspace.
The Add-on relies on Google Apps Script infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scan results depend on Google's API availability and your spreadsheet's size and complexity.
Your use of the Add-on is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. In summary: all processing happens within Google's infrastructure and no data is sent externally.
The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Add-on. Scan results are informational and should be verified before making changes to your spreadsheets.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Add-on for violations of these terms.
